Order Form for a Plant Simulation Student License:

You can order your Plant Simulation student license free of charge. By sending this order, you accept the following limitations:

  • You can only create models with up to 80 objects (which includes objects in the class library) with your student license
  • You are only allowed to use the student license for private use supporting and deepening your university studies.
  • The license may only be used by the student who ordered it. A student can only order a single license.
  • Using the student license for any commercial purposes is strictly forbidden. Explicitly forbidden is using the license for working on industrial projects, including any kind of thesis, any research project or for providing paid services.
  • Also barred is using the student license in any courses for other educational courses. For these purposes your professor can order an education license at favorable terms

The procedure to order a license is as following:

(1) Please fill the form below completely and enter your disk serial number as described below. Your license file will be generated for this disk serial number.

(2) When you click the Send button below, a dialog opens where you can print this form. Send this printed and signed form together with a recent registration certificate from your university to the address of your local distributor. You find this address on the next page. By sending the signed order form you agree that you have read and accepted the complete license agreement which you find here.

(3) When we received those documents, then you get an email with your license file and a link to a web page where you can download the software.

To generate the license file, we need the disk serial number of the c drive (it does not matter on which drive you install the software). From the Windows Start menu select

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

enter: "vol c:" and enter the disk serial number below.
